Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Woman 2009

Jennifer Scully, President and CEO was recognized and awarded as one of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Women in 2009.

Jennifer Scully, President and CEO was recognized and awarded as one of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Women in 2009. The program identified and selected 9 women entrepreneurs who had successfully launched a company with the resources and insights to accelerate the growth of their businesses.  The program is conducted in collaboration with the Women Presidents’ Organization, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, the Committee of 200 and Babson College.

Entrepreneurial Winning Women join a network of high-growth companies, including accomplished entrepreneurs recognized through the 24 year-old Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The YearTM program, and participate in a customized program designed to accelerate the growth of their businesses.

Winners must have exhibited the creativity, tenacity and plan necessary to realize their companies’ full potential and the confidence and conviction to drive toward market leadership. In addition, Entrepreneurial Winning Women must have a level of business sophistication needed to interact effectively with potential investors, high-level business advisors and top executives.

"Entrepreneurial Winning Women is so needed because women entrepreneurs have a lot to offer the US and world economy. We have innovative ideas, we’re multi-taskers with great people skills and we’re very resourceful. However, we tend to have a ‘fear of flying,’ and so Ernst & Young really helps open doors and therefore take our companies to new levels of growth and success."
